How do we get started?
A 30-minute intro call to understand what you're building and where the friction is. If it looks like a fit, we send a short proposal with scope, timeline, and price. No obligation on the call.
Do you work with our existing stack?
Almost certainly. Bring your app in whatever shape it's in — Next.js, FastAPI, a Supabase prototype, whatever. We're cloud-agnostic and work across AWS, GCP, and Azure, plus common IaC, CI/CD, and observability tooling. If we're not a fit for something niche, we'll tell you up front.
Who owns the code and infrastructure?
You do — always. Everything we produce lives in your repos, your cloud accounts, and your tooling. No proprietary wrappers or lock-in.
How quickly can you start?
Typically within one to two weeks. Pilots can sometimes start sooner if scope is tight and access is ready.
Do you offer on-call or incident response?
Yes — as part of a fractional engagement. We'll define scope, hours, and response targets in writing so there's no ambiguity when something breaks.
How is pricing structured?
Pilots and projects are fixed-fee tied to defined outcomes. Fractional engagements are a monthly retainer for a set number of hours. No hourly billing games.
